Deepen Your Zen offers a mindful relaxation experience with guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki healing energy to help reduce stress and bring a deep sense of tranquility and wellbeing. This is an ideal class for those who struggle with meditating, and yet wish to rebalance their mind, body, and spirit. This class includes a sample of 9D Breathwork for relaxation followed by guided meditation narrated by Laura Wall.
