The practice of yoga strengthens the mind and the body. As we move into each pose, or “asana”, we are aware and mindful of how our bodies feel and where our thoughts are at.

We offer several different styles of yoga that welcomes all levels:

  • EVERY TUESDAY

    5:30PM - 6:30PM

    In this class you will learn basic yoga poses and sequences. During the poses and sequences you will also be guided into breathing and proper alignment to gain the most out of the pose for you. This class will build strength, stamina, improve flexibility and mood, and enhance mental clarity. This is a good beginners yoga flow with attention specific to advancing you at your own pace and accommodations.

  • EVERY SUNDAY

    2:00PM - 3:15PM

    A Perfect class for beginners or advanced practitioners - Mindful movement and exploration of asana, as well as pranayama and meditation. Slower and intentional practices that balance the nervous system and nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

  • EVERY THURSDAY

    6:30pm - 7:30pm

    Yin Yoga is a slow paced style class where the poses are held for an extended period, usually 3-5 minutes. It targets connective tissue, fostering relaxation and flexibility. The emphasis is on stillness allowing practitioners to explore a meditative and introspective aspects of yoga. Poses are usually floor-based focusing on areas of hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin yoga aims to balance the body's energy flow, promoting a sense of calm and enhanced joint flexibility.

  • AROUND THE FULL MOON

    7:00PM - 9:00PM
